The bridge that spans the culvert between Lloyd Noble and the entrance to OU's rugby pitch and soccer practice field has been completed just in time for OU's Tornado Alley 7s Rugby Tournament.
Sammy Snider, assistant to the Director of the OU Physical Plant, said OU had been working hard to get the project completed for the fall semester, and, in fact, finished ahead of schedule.
